The reservation can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the reservation date. If the customer cancels the reservation 6-3 days before the start of the reservation, the service provider will refund 50% of the payment. If there are 3 days or less to the start of the reservation, the payment will not be refunded and the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the price of the reservation. These also apply to possible ancillary services and food reservations.

The invoice is due for payment 14 days before the reservation. If the rental takes place only 14 days before or after, the payment must be paid in full immediately and the reservation is subject to the same refund rule as above.  

The service provider can cancel the cruise or reservation if the sauna ferry is not available for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure. The reason may be e.g. bad weather or illness. If the wind exceeds 8 m/s, the captain assesses whether it is possible to go on a cruise. If it is not possible to go on a cruise, the ferry can be rented at the pier. In this case, we will refund the price difference between the cruise and pier rental.
